It’s beer! (Or, at least, it will be.)

Ever wonder what happens to the stuff you drink while watching football? Check this video out. We brewed some [tag]amber ale[/tag], added the yeast, and then left the fermenter in the closet with a [tag]night-vision[/tag] [tag]time-lapse[/tag] camera on it.

In a way, it’s kind of creepy.
