Podcasting Works!

It’s true! [tag]Podcasting[/tag] not only sells albums and tracks on [tag]iTunes[/tag], but it makes money for the [tag]podcasters[/tag] as well.

On the [tag]High Orbit Podcast[/tag], every link to iTunes or [tag]CD Baby[/tag] is an affiliate link, so if you buy someone’s cool album from those links, I’m supposed to get a small commission.

Well, my first check arrived in the mail today, and I couldn’t be happier. See, look at the joy on my face!

See? You actually can earn money from podcasting! It’s true! With this single check I could… well, play some tunes in a jukebox, or buy one single iTunes track, or buy 1/3 of a small latté.

Yeah, the check is for a whopping $1.09, but it’s a small battle won against the [tag]RIAA[/tag]. Isn’t it? Right?
