Matthew Ebel & Coke?

This is the view of Porter Novelli’s SoHo office in New York City. If you look at the Coca-Cola billboard near the Holland Tunnel entrance, does this not look like Matthew Ebel? If you listened to the recent Accident Hash, C.C. Chapman said this should happen.
