Ah... I have not used it for creating an event. That isn't obvious on the guest side. Thanks for clearing that up.

Mike- Well, the idea behind the demand feature is that, as an artist, I can see where a high concentration of fans are and therefore where more people are likely to show up. When I look at the results in Eventful I can see how many are in a radius up to 200 miles or so, not just in a particular metro area.

So if you put in a Demand for Wellesley, let's say, I'll still see that demand when I do a search for 50 miles close to Boston.

Dwight- Awesome! If you can get enough friends interested in attending a show, it'll help push those numbers up to where I can afford to get out there. I hope to see Canada on one of my tours soon!

Talk to @scottsigler or http://scottsigler.com about how he formulated his book tour.

Part of the problem with Eventful is that you demand for your local town, what if we want to demand for an area? Southern MN, Twin Cities Metro Area MN, Boston Area, etc. Either you will have to do some work and group demands into regions or something like that.

I promise if you come to MN, that I would try my damnedest to be where ever you play.
