Every time I hear someone complain about Avatar&#039;s lack of originality, I tell them to go Google Joseph Campbell, and then shut up.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Still, as phenomenal as Avatar is, the Oscar buzz is starting to scare me. Best Picture? Really? I mean, it was really, &lt;em&gt;really&lt;/em&gt; good, but not the best of the whole year. There are a bunch of potential Annie Halls to Avatar&#039;s Star Wars this year (although Up is &quot;just a cartoon&quot; by the Academy&#039;s standards, so oh well).</description>
