    Get yourself a public adjuster STAT. Forget the insurance companies, they won’t pay much. Don’t call it a ‘flood’ (they won’t pay a penny) – it needs to be a ‘water overflow’. Seriously guys, you are going to have a boatload of mold in the house. I hope everything works out okay!!

    Sorry for the flood. but you could be here in MN. we are trying to get out of the deep freez. We will have the same kind of thing happen very soon. However, right now we are just glad we can see the sun today.
