“Lost on Block Island” Now Podsafe

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

Some great waves came to Block Island during the hurricane season. That’s right, the first song available through Matthew Ebel dot net is now available for podcasters across the world. The song that launched this revolutionary new service can be found at the Podsafe Music Network for immediate release.

Typically I ask people to link back here to this site when they podcast one of my tunes, but this time I’d love to have people link to Matthew Ebel dot net. After all, if any podcasters want to sign up for free as an affiliate, they can use their affiliate links to earn some cash in the process! If you’re not signed up yet, you can do so Right Here!

What I Will Miss Most

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Plainly and simply… I will miss the island.

The Sun Sets on Block Island

Saturday, August 23rd, 2008

Block Island SunsetThe sun is setting earlier every day out here. It reminds me of how short my remaining time is on this island. Most of me wants to get on the next ferry out of here, but part of me knows I’m going to miss it. Just like I did last year.

And just like last year, I want to get home and start work on my next big project. I’m planning on something big, new, exciting, and potentially dangerous. Something that could either save independent musicians like myself or drive me straight into a boring day job.

With your help, I’ll stay afloat, even after I get off that giant boat onto the mainland. I’ll be a lot more specific in September, but for now all I can think of is a clock counting down to the end of my exile here on Block Island.
